 Dr. Barker has published over 80 technical papers in peer-reviewed 
            journals, conference proceedings and periodicals. These papers cover
            a range of research topics including electrodeposition, 
            solid state ionics, semiconductor electrochemistry, impedance studies,  kinetics, thermodynamics, alkali-ion insertion, conducting polymers and photovoltaics. These articles are generally published in prestigious periodicals such 
            as  Physical Review Letters, Macromolecules, Polymer, J.
      Electrochemical Society, Chemistry of Materials, Electrochemical and Solid-State Letters and Solid State
